Delete my account
You can request the deletion of your account and all your data, from the app or from this page, without reinstalling the app.
From the app
- Open Steko.
- Go to Me, then My data.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
From this site
Enter the email address of your account. We send you a confirmation link, to check that the account is yours.
No email address on your account? An anonymous session is deleted from the app (Me, My data, Delete my account). It also disappears by itself after 30 days without use.
What is deleted
- Your account and your email address.
- Your goals, plans, results and what Steko has kept about you.
- Your consents and the devices registered for notifications.
The encrypted journal on your phone is not affected: delete it from the app or by uninstalling it. We may keep what the law requires (for example an invoice). Everything is erased within 30 days at the latest.
